Every player is permitted one Bookies account only. Duplicate accounts — whether on the same device, same phone number, or same verified identity — are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

These Terms apply to all products and features available on Bookies, including sports betting (cricket, esports), Live Casino (Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette), online slots, card games, and any promotional offers or bonus programmes currently running or introduced in the future.

Bookies reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within seven calendar days of the request may result in account suspension until verification is complete. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not a reflection of any suspicion about your account specifically.
Each person is permitted to hold one active Bookies account. If we detect that the same individual holds multiple accounts — identified through matching personal details, device fingerprints, shared IP addresses, or payment method data — all associated accounts will be suspended immediately. Any balance held in duplicate accounts will be forfeit.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Bookies account credentials. All financial transactions on the Bookies platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods currently include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit applied by Bookies, though your individual payment provider may impose their own limits.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Bookies aims to process all withdrawal requests within five working days, though the majority of Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are completed within minutes during normal operating hours.
The following rules apply to all sports betting and esports betting activity conducted through the Bookies platform, including cricket, PUBG Mobile, CS2, Valorant, and all other covered titles and competitions.
Cricket betting note: For rain-affected matches resolved under the DLS method, Bookies uses the official DLS result as the settlement basis. Bets on individual innings totals that are not reached due to interruption may be settled differently — see sport-specific cricket rules for full details.
All casino games offered through Bookies — including online slots, live dealer games (Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack), and other table games — use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by the player, by Bookies staff, or by any other party.
Live Casino games are conducted in real time with professional human dealers via high-definition video stream. The same betting rules and fairness standards apply to live games as to RNG games. Live game results are final once the dealer has announced the outcome on camera.
