Visit the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and date of birth. Choose a password, select your city, confirm you are 18 or older, and hit the register button. A one-time PIN (OTP) will arrive on your mobile number within 30 seconds — enter it to verify, and your Bookies account is live. The whole process takes under two minutes on any mobile browser. All deposits are processed in PKR — there is no currency conversion fee at the Bookies end. Your bank or wallet provider may have their own limits or charges, which are outside our control.

The minimum deposit on Bookies is Rs 200 for all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit set by the platform, though your individual Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account may have daily transaction limits. For Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits, funds are credited to your Bookies balance within seconds of the transaction completing on your mobile wallet app.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your Bookies account instantly in almost all cases — typically within 5–15 seconds of completing the transaction in your mobile wallet app. During very high-traffic periods (such as during a major PSL final), there may be a processing delay of up to two minutes. If your deposit has not arrived after five minutes, check your Easypaisa or JazzCash transaction history to confirm the payment went through, then contact Bookies live chat with the transaction reference.

Bookies does not charge any deposit fees. The full amount you deposit is credited to your account in PKR. However, some payment providers — particularly banks processing IBFT transfers — may charge a small transaction fee on their end. This is charged by your bank and paid directly to them; it has nothing to do with Bookies. Easypaisa and JazzCash wallet-to-wallet transfers to Bookies are generally fee-free at the wallet level, but check your current wallet fee schedule if unsure.

First, wait three to five minutes and refresh your Bookies balance. No. Bookies requires that all deposits come from a payment account registered in the same name as the Bookies account holder. Withdrawals are processed to the same method you used to deposit. If your identity verification is complete, most Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within one to two hours. Bank transfers typically take one business day.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Bookies is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by the platform, though individual withdrawals above a certain threshold may require an additional compliance review before processing. As a general rule, Bookies processes withdrawals back to the same payment method used for deposits. If you need to withdraw to a different account — for example, if your Easypaisa account changed — contact support@bookies.onl before requesting the withdrawal. The support team will guide you through the verification steps required to update your linked payment method safely.

Any pending withdrawal requests already in the processing queue at the time of self-exclusion are completed normally. Self-exclusion closes your account to new activity — bets, deposits, logins — but does not cancel or delay funds already due to you. Your full PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method as per the standard withdrawal timeline.
